PAFF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ayuko Babu - President

International legal, cultural and political consultant specializing in African Affairs, Mr. Babu has worked for a variety of business and entertainment leaders including Stevie Wonder, Bishop H.H. Brookins and Dick Griffey, President of SOLAR Records. Currently the Executive Director of The Pan African Film and Arts Festival in Los Angeles, he received a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles and attended UCLA Law School.

Ja'Net DuBois - 1st Vice President

Stage, screen and television actress as well as fine artist, Ms. DuBois is probably best known for her role as ?Wolona? in the comedy TV series ?Good Times?. The Emmy Award winning actress is a frequent guest in television series and performs onstage throughout the United States.

Preston Minor - 2nd Vice President

With over thirty years experience as an executive in the financial services industry, Mr. Minor is currently a senior vice-president at a major banking institution. Mr. Minor brings to the Board his expertise in financial organization and strong personnel management skills. Mr. Minor holds a BA form California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Asantewa Olatunji - Treasurer

Holding a B.A. from USC and a J.D. from Southwestern University, School of Law, Ms. Olatunji has practiced law in Los Angeles for over 25 years in the areas of entertainment, labor, immigration and civil litigation. She is currently General Manger and Program Coordinator for the Pan African Film Festival.

Miki Goral - Secretary

For thirty-six years Ms. Goral has been a Reference Librarian and Information Specialist at UCLA. She was the President of the statewide Librarians Association of the University of California and is currently a Vice-President of the California Federation of Teachers and Secretary-Treasurer of the University Council-AFT, representing academic employees at the University of California. She is chair-elect of the Africana Librarians Council of the African Studies Association. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, an M.L.S. in Library Science and an M.A. in African History from UCLA.
