Senior Connections Shorts Series 2
February 10 @ 1:30 pm
After being evicted by his mother, a rebellious teen must adapt to life with his distant father and his father’s new family. A well-acted story of change beautifully told.
A father is passing down his macho and toxic ideas of masculinity to his son…be tough, men don’t cry, etc. He is also broke and can’t even pay for his son’s field trip. To get out of poverty, he takes a job that pays extremely well ($500 per hour) but there’s one catch!
Man To Man
Multi-generational views of what it means to be a man is at the powerful heart of this hard-hitting father/son rollercoaster set in a boxing ring.
1st Prize Breaking Boundaries – Flicker’s Rhode Island Film Festival – July 2022.
