A recounting of the life of African American trailblazer Johnny Bright, who changed college football forever. Despite experiencing an egregious act of violence in a 1951 game, Bright carved out his own life path to enjoy a Hall of Fame career in the Canadian Football League. Perhaps Bright’s most significant accomplishment was as an Educator, where he influenced the lives of hundreds of young people.
