“Volunteering with the Pan African Film Festival is a great way to network with entertainment industry professionals and support your community,” said Ayuko Babu, PAFF Executive Director
PAFF is taking place February 5-16, 2015 at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza and Rave Cinemas Baldwin Hills 15. The festival will present and showcase a broad spectrum of Black creative works, particularly those that reinforce positive images and help to destroy negative stereotypes of Africans and African-Americans. PAFF believes film and art can lead to better understanding and foster communication between peoples of diverse cultures, races, and lifestyles, while at the same time, serve as a vehicle to initiate dialog on the important issues of our times.
