Following her meet-and-greet for her popular preschool series on YouTube “Tab Time,” author and actress Tabitha Brown attended the Pan African Film & Arts Festival’s ArtFest on Sat., Feb. 11, at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza in Los Angeles, Calif. Brown joins a long list of celebrities spotted at PAFF’s ArtFest including Angela Bassett and Danny Glover.
